1. Shipping & Delivery

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, all YMLux products are custom-printed and shipped directly from our professional fulfillment centers located in the United States.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are printed and packed within 2–5 business days.
  • Transit Times (After Processing):
    • United States: 3–7 business days.
    • Canada: 7–14 business days.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

2. Shipping Rates

We offer straightforward flat-rate shipping to ensure a premium checkout experience:

  • United States: $7.00 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item.
  • Canada: $11.00 for the first item and $4.00 for each additional item.
  • Rest of the World: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on live carrier rates.
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75.00 within the United States.

3. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your order arrives with a manufacturing error, printing defect, or physical damage, we provide a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Window: You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Required: Please email support@ymlux.shop with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  • No Return Needed: For verified defects, there is no need to mail the item back; we will process your remedy based on the photo evidence.

4. Return & Exchange Eligibility (Non-Defective)

Because our products are made-to-order at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or incorrect color choice. We encourage customers to verify their measurements against our size guides on each product page before checkout.

5. Refund Process

  • Method: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear in your account.
